By visiting our facility, enrolling in classes, or using our services (collectively referred to as the 'Services'), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. 1. Participation & Assumption of Risk

Martial arts, including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, is a physically demanding activity that involves close contact and carries a risk of injury.

By participating in our classes, events, or programs, you acknowledge and agree that:

- You voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with training, including potential injury or property damage.

- You are physically capable of participating and have consulted a physician regarding any health concerns.

- You will follow all gym rules, instructor directions, and safety protocols.

2. Waiver & Release of Liability

By signing any waiver or attending classes, you release Barthem Jiu Jitsu Temecula (Checkmat Temecula), its owners, coaches, staff, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur while participating in training, events, or while on our premises.

3. Memberships, Payments & Refunds

- All memberships and class passes must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment schedule.

- Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

- Trial classes are offered as a courtesy; however, you agree to sign a waiver before participation.

4. Code of Conduct

We maintain a safe and respectful environment for all members. You agree to:

- Treat all staff, students, and guests with respect.

- Maintain proper hygiene, including clean uniforms and trimmed nails.

- Refrain from any inappropriate behavior or language.

- Follow all gym etiquette and mat rules posted or stated by coaches.

We reserve the right to terminate your membership or refuse service if these guidelines are not followed.

5. Media & Image Release

By attending classes or events, you grant Barthem Jiu Jitsu Temecula (Checkmat Temecula) permission to take photographs and video recordings for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes, unless you specifically opt out in writing.

6. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and will not sell or share your personal information. Any data you provide (e.g., name, email, phone number) will only be used for communication, scheduling, and service-related updates.

7. Changes to Terms
